In short
- We don't keep a lasting record of the sites you visit. VPN connection logs are deleted automatically within 24 hours, and we only look at them to investigate abuse.
- We never sell the little data we hold about you, and we don't use advertising or analytics trackers.
- We keep only what we need to run your account, count your traffic and confirm your payments.
Who we are
Parsinet VPN (“we”) runs the website parsinetvpn.com, the portal at portal.parsinetvpn.com, the Parsinet VPN apps and the VPN servers. This policy covers all of them. For privacy questions, message our support on Telegram: @parsa_its.
What we collect
| Data | What it includes | How long we keep it |
|---|---|---|
| Account | Your email address, your password (stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form), and a contact email or phone number if you add one | While your account exists |
| Telegram | If you link Telegram: your Telegram user ID, username, and first and last name | While your account exists |
| Devices | For each device that uses our apps: device ID, device name, app version and when it was last online | While your account exists |
| Traffic usage | How much data you uploaded and downloaded on each server, and when, to count your package's traffic. It doesn't include which sites you visited | While your account exists |
| VPN connection logs | For each connection: your IP address, the address you connected to, the time and your account | At most 24 hours |
| Request logs | When you use the website, portal or apps: your IP address, the time, the request and our response, your browser or app details, and your account if you're signed in | At most 24 hours |
| Purchase records | The package, price, date and payment status of each purchase | While your account exists |
| Security blocks | IP addresses that send suspicious requests are blocked for a short time | Until the block ends |
| Messages | Notifications we send you in the portal | While your account exists |
The website itself uses no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The portal stores your sign-in and language choice in your browser, so you stay signed in.
Why we use it
- To provide the VPN service and apply your package's traffic, time and device limits
- To confirm your payments and activate packages
- To answer support requests
- To protect the service and other users from abuse, such as spam, attacks or fraud
- To send you messages about your account and the service
We don't use your data for advertising, and we don't sell it.
Who else can see it
- Hosting providers: our servers run in data centres operated by other companies, so your traffic passes through their networks.
- Resellers: if your account was created by one of our resellers, that reseller can see your account, packages and usage.
- Telegram: only if you link your Telegram account or contact us there. Telegram can then see your conversations with us.
- Authorities: only when the law requires it. Because VPN connection logs are deleted within 24 hours, we have no older record of the sites and addresses you connected to.
How we protect it
Passwords are stored only as one-way hashes, and the website and portal use encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Only the people who need the data to run the service can access it.
Your choices and rights
- You can see and update your account details in the portal at any time.
- You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or the deletion of your account and its data by messaging support on Telegram (@parsa_its).
Children
Parsinet VPN is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page and announce important changes on our Telegram channel, @parsinet_vpn.
